This year we dedicate our Cookery Theatre to our friend Marko David, who passed away suddenly last year. He will be sorely missed as the life and soul of the Cookery demonstrations at the Hadleigh Show. We have done our very best to put on a cookery line up that he would be proud of and we are hugely grateful to Annie, his wife, for her huge support in putting this year together and Terri Newman of Erivica Cakes for taking on the compere role and being an absolute gem in bringing our cookery theatre together again.
The line up is as follows:-
10.30am Jubby Whitehead, Real Thai Food, Hadleigh - Authentic Thai food cooking with love.
11.00am Thomas Leatherbarrow - Thomas has a history as long as your arm! He has worked all over the world for our own and foreign royal families. He is a trained patissier, chocolatier and much more. He will be bringing his wide experience to our Hadleigh Show
