SCOOTER HIRE

Mobility Scooters can be hired direct with Event Mobility and need to be reserved before the Show.  The link for bookings is https://www.eventmobility.org.uk/hadleigh-show

Telephone Bookings on 01386 725391 can also be made.

SHOWGROUND

The Showground is accessed from the Disabled Car Park along a grass walkway to the Pedestrian Entrances opposite. The showground is entirely grass based and there are undulations throughout the site meaning that those in wheelchairs, on scooters and with any mobility issues may find some areas of Holbecks Park difficult.  If you need any assistance at all please ask a steward and they will be happy to help.

GUIDE DOGS

The Show is dog friendly and many of our visitors bring their canine companions along. This of course extends to Guide dogs, who are very welcome on site and welcomed in all areas of the show (non guide dogs aren’t permitted in certain marquees).

We do respectfully ask that ALL dogs aren’t taken into the livestock lines as our sheep and cattle can’t tell the difference between a guide dog and a general pooch and are generally afraid of ALL dogs which we’d rather avoid for our stock welfare please

DISABLED TOILET FACILITIES

Each toilet block on the showground has a dedicated disabled toilet.

QUIET PLACE

The Show can be very lively, so if you need a quiet space for a bit of timeout we recommend heading towards the area by the gun dog scurry and under the trees beside the donkey rides for a bit of space should you need it.
